• Less than 10 days ago: It is likely that your reward is still being processed. Rewards are sent up to 10 days after completion of the survey.
• More than 10 days ago: Please check your inbox for an email from our rewards partner, rewards@tremendous.com. There are two possible exceptions:

Are you located in China?
Email may come from Invisalign Research Team

Are you located in France?
Email may be sent directly from Amazon.fr.

Have you checked your spam folder?
Sometimes the reward can be found there.
